Across the world we have a network of medical, security and technical providers who are regularly evaluated by International SOS to ensure that reliable and effective services are delivered to our clients.
There are 47 specialized, dedicated International SOS managers stationed across the globe who lead and manage the credentialing process. They are part of our Global Assistance Network (GAN) and are directly accountable for managing relationships with providers. Working in tandem with our in-house professionals, they assess the capability of partners and develop mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships.
International SOS has invested heavily in proprietary credentialing processes for a full range of providers, from single practitioners to major hospitals. We have well-established systems, protocols, site surveys and evaluation initiatives. We can easily adapt our proprietary network database, the Service Provider Information Network (SPIN), to create client-specific networks that follow your particular guidelines.
